In 2004 I was in a car accident that shattered my pelvis, broke my left foot in 3 places, fractured my right arm, and amputated my right leg above the knee. I was in a coma for 4 days and spent the next 5 months in a hospital bed. I went back to the gym in a wheel chair and eventfully was able to walk with a prosthetic. Now i’m in the best shape of my life.
I’ve never touched any illegal drugs or steroids. I don’t have a problem with others that experiment, it’s just not for me.
Monday -Leg day
Leg extentions, leg curls, leg press, smith machine lunges, hack squat, calf raises.
Incline bench, Incline dumbbell, flat bench, cable flys.
Pullups, lat pull downs, cable rows, dumbbell rows.
Side lateralls, front raises, shoulder press, upright rows, shrugs.
Triceps rope extentions, weighted dips, skull crushers, hammer curls , dumbbell curls, concentration curls.
