The Standard Protein Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1/4 Cup Oatmeal (Substitute buckwheat or some other weird shit if you want to be a hippy about it.)
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

Directions:

  • Put all that stuff in a bowl and mix it up real good.
  • Spray some PAM on a non-stick pan.
  • Cook them up. 300 degree griddle will do them real nice. Stop when they’re golden brown.

(About 10 small pancakes) 550 Calories, 35 g Carbs, 75 g Protein, and 10 g Fat

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

Instructions:

  • Put all that stuff in a bowl and mix it up real nice.
  • Spray some PAM on a non-stick pan.
  • Cook them up. 300 hundred degree griddle, flip twice.
  • Fat Kid Bonus: Nutella all over that son of a bitch.

(About 10 small pancakes) 370 Calories, 37g protein, 25g carbs and 12g fat.

High Protein Pancake Mix

Instructions:

  • Blend 2 scoops (57g)(makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300 degree (F) griddle
  • Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 per side or until golden brown, turning only once.

Nutritional Facts:
(About 3 Pancakes) 200 Calories, 12g protein, 30g carbs and 2.5g fat.
