Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite Review

Overview

Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite is one of the most popular products when it comes to thermogenic fat burning supplements available for purchase, being used by thousands each year to achieve their goals.

What has made this product one of the most popular fat burners on the market to date? Read on as we break it down in our Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite review.

About the Company

MuscleTech needs no introduction, and neither does one of their leading products: Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite. For years, Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite was the forerunner when it came to thermogenic fat burning supplements available for purchase. But since its release, there have been a few other products to perform better.

The company came to life when they released their all too well-known Cell-Tech back in 1998. Since then, they have been one of the top companies in the supplement industry; dominating the scene during the early to late-2000’s. However, a lot has change in regards to how products are being researched and many rival companies have caught up, and even surpassed the supplement giant. This in-turn forced MuscleTech to up their game by quite a bit — and boy, did they pull it off

What are the Benefits?

  • It aids in the process of dropping bodyfat.
  • Ingredients like Coleus Forskohlii and L-Theanine helps to regulate blood pressure.
  • Caffeine content can help increase the metabolism by 3-11%, which in turn enhances the fat burning effect.

Main Ingredients

Per every 2 capsules of Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite, it contains 56mg of Yohimbe and 270mg of Caffeine Anhydrous.

Yohimbe – Yohimbine is an indole alkaloid derived from the bark of the Pausinystalia yohimbe tree in Central Africa. Yohimbe also contains a chemical called yohimbine which increases blood flow. Typically used as a fat burning compound in most modern fat burner supplements, it is not without its share of side effects when used in high doses. These include insomnia, dizziness, diarrhea, nervousness, irritability, and headaches.

Caffeine Anhydrous – Caffeine works by stimulating the central nervous system, heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure and can also increase “urine flow” allowing you to drop any subcutaneous water. Just like Yohimbe, caffeine too can have some pretty nasty side effects when taking too much. They include insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, irritation of the stomach, nausea and vomiting, and an increased heart rate. Up to 400mg of caffeine is a safe recommendation for most healthy adults. However, when you’re taking 4 capsules of Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite like the label recommends, you would end up ingesting 540mg. That’s bound to have an effect on your system.

Green Coffee – Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not been through the process of roasting. The roasting process reduces the amount of the chemical called chlorogenic acid. Meaning that green coffee beans have a higher level of chlorogenic acid compared to regular, roasted coffee beans. The health benefits of chlorogenic acid in green coffee is used for heart disease, diabetes and weight loss.

How To Take It

This varies from one individual to the next. Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite is meant to be taken in stages. On the first day of taking it, ingest only one capsule. On days 2 and 3, take two capsules once per day. From day 4 and onward, take two capsules twice per day. These capsules should be taken 30-60 minutes before two of your largest meals. However, it is recommended that you assess your tolerance by taking only one capsule a day, and moving on only once you’re comfortable.

Pro’s and Con’s

Pro’s:

  • Amazing energy levels
  • Lots of capsules per container (100 capsules)

Con’s:

  • Possible side-effects from caffeine and yohimbe content
  • Loss of appetite
  • Short-term solution, due to the body’s ability to adapt to the caffeine

Price and Where to Buy

Amazon probably has the best prices which are set at approximately $20 for the 100-count bottle.

Bodybuilding.com offers Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite for approximately $35 for the 100-count bottle. Or if you feel like you won’t be dosing to high, there is also the option of 30-servings which comes in a powdered form, for approximately $19.

Conclusion

Even though this product does work, it only works for so long before your body knows what’s up. With the gratuitous amount of caffeine found in this product it’ll only be a matter of time until you start feeling nauseous and start to lose your appetite. As I mentioned, it’s a good product and it works, but there are other fat burners that offer more with regards to achieving the best possible results and keeping you feeling on top of your game. With that being said, the price at which this product is being offered isn’t bad, considering the quantity of tablets that are provided per container.
