At 48, I still feel pretty good.
I maintain a balanced diet, very little alcohol and I am physically active. I lift weights for about 45 to 50 minutes 4 times per week and fit mountain biking in between. I seem to have a couple of symptoms in the fatigue category. I can tell you that I don't get much sleep. Maybe 4 to 6 hours per night.
Whats the chances that my fatigue is really related to bad sleeping habits and not getting enough sleep?
