It’s no secret that Zac Efron transformed from “I’ll have her home by 8” to “Even your wife calls me daddy”…
The ex-high school musical star got seriously shredded for his new film (Baywatch), where he’s even leaner than his co-star, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson! As a result, it’s no surprise that Zac managed to achieve 5% body fat; but the impressive thing is, he did it in only 12 weeks.
