Why Xenoestrogens Could Be Wrecking Your Testosterone

Xenoestrogens are leeching into your body bro. And if you don’t do something about it now you run the risk of wrecking your testosterone and causing a whole bloodbath of hormone-slashing side effects including estrogen dominance.

Testosterone is what makes you a bar-crushing, pussy-f*cking master of manliness. In the competition between you and every other dude on the planet, there’s only one winner. You.

But the influx of xenoestrogens in modern food and healthcare products is having a serious impact on your hormonal health. They’re turning alphas into passive, timid omegas that’d rather cuddle under a blanket, talk about their feelings and watch a nice Rom Com than put on a stringer vest and lift heavy sh*t.

A dude called Chad that likes to drive a truck but suffers from symptoms of PMS is not a good look.

Here’s how to avoid estrogen dominance and stay safe bro…

The Brodown: Here’s what we’ll cover:

  • What are xenoestrogens?
  • Sources of xenoestrogens and artificial estrogen sources
  • Testosterone-estrogen relationship – why the female hormone blunts androgen production
  • How to avoid xenoestrogens and live a masculine lifestyle

What Are Xenoestrogens?

Xenoestrogens are chemical compounds found in everyday products that mimic estrogen, disrupt your endocrine system and have a negative effect on anabolic hormones.

Remember that angry-as-f*ck bitch extraterrestrial queen from the Alien franchise? The one that mouth fucked you and left it’s alien seed in your body, ready to smash its way through your chest once you’d incubated it?

That’s a xenomorph. Not an xenoestrogen.

But they’re both gonna have a seriously negative effect on your health bro if you let them get into you.

Artificial estrogen sources: Where will you find these chemicals?

‘Xenos’ can be found in a range of everyday products – from foods to healthcare products. They’re like foreign spies or seedy old men hiding behind the walls of natural food; ready to insert themselves into your body at the first opportunity possible.

Here’s a breakdown of common xenos and where you’ll find them:

  • Bisphenol A (BPA) – canned foods, plastic bottles, fast food, dental sealants, baby bottles, jar lids, children’s toys, microwave containers.
  • Parabens – cosmetics (e.g. deodorants), food (deserts, jams, frozen yogurt), beverages (beer), pharmaceuticals.
  • Phthalates – solvents, shampoos, soap, hair care products, laundry detergents.
  • Erythrosine Red No.3 – Nope this isn’t a shade of lipstick favored by hookers. It’s a food preservative used to color jams, cherries, seasonings, and baked goods.
  • BHA and BHT – used widely in the food industry as preservatives. Both butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) are phenolic compounds used to preserve fats in fast foods and add color and flavor. They’re used in products such as baked goods, snack foods, chewing gum, cosmetics, and petroleum-based products.

Xenoestrogens Disrupt Endocrine Function and Normal Hormonal Balance

Xenoestrogens act as endocrine disruptors.

They are chemical compounds that have the ability to alter how hormones in your body function. Like hypnotists, they coax your hormones into acting the way they want them to, not the way they should.

They don’t quite get them to strip on stage or bark like a dog. But disruptors still force hormones to do their bidding.

Under normal everyday circumstances, your hormones help to balance and regulate every cell in your body. These mini chemical messengers make sure you remain healthy and help your organs work as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Throwing xenoestrogens into the hormonal mix is like throwing a feral cat on cocaine and anabolics into a room full of mice. Shit goes crazy real fast.

And the consequences can be severe…

Xenoestrogens: chemicals that mimic the effects of estrogen

Xeno simply means foreign. These man-made chemicals have the ability to mimic estrogen and therefore increase levels of the female hormone in your body synthetically. Their molecular structure is close enough to actual estrogen for your body to think it’s the real deal.

Estrogen is the primary female hormone. It’s what helps them develop wide hips, perky tits and an ass that could take your very soul from your body if you let it.

Men also have a small amount of estrogen in their blood too. It’s important for maintaining bone cell strength and heart health, but as levels get too high you can suffer a number of side effects:

  • Low libido and sex drive
  • Decreased testosterone, muscle mass and strength
  • Low blood zinc levels
  • A drop in endurance, fitness, and stamina
  • Mood changes, feeling emotional, fatigue and depression
  • Anxiety
  • Man boobs and increased belly fat

Xenoestrogens, Low Testosterone, and Hormone Imbalance

Environmental xenoestrogens can be divided into natural compounds (e.g. from plants or fungi), and synthetically derived agents including certain drugs, pesticides and industrial by-products.

Xenos disrupt the normal chemical balance of your hormones leading to a cascade of health issues. Imagine a game of dominoes, but each domino is a hormone.

One by one they’ll fall over. They can’t do their job and little by little your body fall into a state of disease.

Man-made endocrine disruptors mimic or hijack your estrogen receptors and interact with the cellular processes responsible for producing more estrogen.

Think of an estrogen receptor as a switch. Once triggered, the switch flips and turned on. In a healthy body, these receptors are triggered when they need to be. But xenos have the ability to flick the switch too, even though the body doesn’t need it to be.

The result is estrogen dominance.

The testosterone-estrogen relationship

Testosterone and estrogen have a strange relationship. On one hand, testosterone sacrifices a little bit of itself in order to make estrogen. Remember, we need just an ounce of the feminizing hormone in our blood to protect bone and heart tissue.

It does this through a process called aromatization.

On the other hand, it does all it can to keep estrogen levels from getting too high. But if estrogen production does increase it means testosterone levels will go down.

Testosterone is a highly anabolic hormone produced naturally by the testes. It’s responsible for making you a man and regulates a number of important functions in your body.

  • Builds muscle mass, elevates protein synthesis and enhances physical strength
  • Increases endurance, stamina and red blood cell count
  • Makes you more assertive and helps you develop a don’t-fuck-with-me-attitude
  • Gives you solid erections and a spunk shot that could knock over a PAWG from 10 paces

But when testosterone concentrations go down, you lose all of these benefits.

So the best way to keep your anabolic thermostat turning over at boiling point is to stop estrogen in its tracks.

Xenoestrogen research: High estrogen means low T

The bottom line is that estrogen levels in men are higher than ever.

And it’s turning us into a bunch of apologetic, nervous, emotional betas who’d rather masturbate into a sock in their mom’s basement bedroom than take charge and be a man.

We’re fast losing our hunter-gatherer nature in favor of facials, Yoga, manicures and discussing feelings over a nice chamomile tea.

Pussies.

And it’s low testosterone that’s the cause. Xenoestrogens aren’t solely to blame, but they are part of the problem.

As men, we need to do all we can to keep our natural anabolic levels as high as possible.

Xenoestrogens also increase SHBG levels.

Not only do these man-made chemicals raise estrogen levels they also slash at testosterone with a brutal quarterback tackle.

A research paper from Steroids found that environmental chemicals such as xenos were responsible for elevating levels of sex hormone binding globulin in the blood. This protein binds to testosterone in a bear hug-like grip and makes it completely unusable.

More SHBG means lower T levels.

What are the chances you’re coming into contact with endocrine disruptors right now?

Do you really need to worry bro?

Well yes. Chances are pretty high that you’re coming into contact with xenoestrogens on a daily basis.

BPA, for example, is said to be coursing through the veins of over 90% of the US population. Other xenoestrogens aren’t far behind.

Exposure at high levels leads to a range of diseases such as heart disease, atherosclerosis, and obesity. It’s considered an ‘obesogen’ simply because BPA leads to high estrogen that is stored within belly fat cells. This, in turn, increases fat mass around your middle.

And with xenos found to be responsible for some types of cancers, infertility, and other illnesses, it’s important you do all you can to avoid them.

Avoiding Xenoestrogens: What You Need to Know

If you’re exposed to high levels of estrogens during fetal development or as a baby, you can’t reverse the disruption to your development and health. But as an adult, there are measures you can put in place to reverse the effects.

That’s good news. Because with the right strategy you can ditch the estrogen-infused bitch tits and remain as anabolic as a man should be.

You CAN put the brakes on estrogen and let your natural testosterone levels bubble back to the brim. This is how…

  • Use a natural testosterone booster supplement – designed to restore hormonal balance in a safe and effective way, testosterone booster supplements are a great way to raise testosterone without any risks to your health.
  • Avoid pesticides in food – check labels, choose organic. Buy hormone-free meats. If it’s high in pesticides they’ll find their way into your body.
  • Use BPA-free plastics – if you drink from a water bottle or use plastic tubs for your meal prep make sure they’re chemical free. Use glass or ceramic if not. And definitely avoid leaving plastic bottles in the sun as heat can increase how many chemicals can leach from the bottle into your blood.
  • Go with BHT free products – shampoos and other healthcare products should be free of this xenoestrogen. You can get chemical free soaps and toothpaste as well as condoms (you gotta protect that shaft bro)

Summary – Don’t Let Xenoestrogens Steal Your Gains Bro

Xenoestrogens are man-made chemicals that mimic the way that estrogen works within receptors. They have a negative impact on testosterone levels and can lead to illness, disease, and loss of gains.

Protect yourself bro and do what you can to avoid these T killers.

Be safe.
