At the age of 53 Kevrin Levrone stepped onto the pro stage at the Arnold Classic Austrialia in 2018.
Kevin has his fair share of naysayers and doubters going into the competition. After 68 shows and 22 IFBB wins though, he’s proven that even at 53, you can still stand with the greatest bodybuilders in the world.
He says one of the major differences between competing now, compared with the late 90’s and early 00’s is the ability to talk with people round the world. Allowing him to connect to fans, who are motivation behind him pushing hard in the gym.
Social media is a big part of his plans for the future too, working to motivate people all over.
Kevin knew many of his fans and people may have been disappointed with the final product at the Arnold Classic Austrialia. After following advice from his doctor, Kevin didn’t fully deplete water. This meant he held onto size and shape rather than risking looking flat.
